Things you can do:
Add fields:
You can drag fields from the 'optional additional fields' section up to the main form section, as needed. These fields should NOT be repurposed (ie dont rename city -> state). If you need to capture a field that is not represented below, click 'add content' and add a new field, or reach out to support and we can do so.
Change field labels:
If instead of email, you want to call it 'email address' go right ahead. But the meaning of the field must remain the same, as these fields are already mapped back to fields in salesforce. And if we created a contact and mapped first name to last name and email to organization name, well that wouldn't be very good at all.
Modify the styling:
Click on 'themes' and you can tweak away (its kinda ugly, but it works). Or if you are / have a designer who is familiar w/ CSS, we can link to an external stylesheet and they can style away. Support can help with this.
